Members of the Planning Commission are responsible for assisting city staff with the administration and enforcement of the city's comprehensive plan, zoning ordinance, subdivision ordinance, and land-use policies. Overall decision-making by the Planning Commission is based on whether the project is working toward the betterment of the city and the vision statement adopted in the city's comprehensive plan.
