What: Safety Camp is a two-day program for youths entering grades 3, 4, and 5. It is designed to teach various safety topics to youth while having fun at the same time.
When: Monday, August 1, 2022, and Tuesday, August 2, 2022 (8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.)
Where: Lakeside Park (Central Avenue & Maine Street in Bayport). The Public Works Building (near the park) is reserved in case of bad weather.
Cost: $50.00 per child for two days. Price includes Safety Camp T-shirt, lunches, snacks and drinks, presenters and topic sessions, along with a “goody bag.”

What to Bring: We are requesting that each child bring a sweatshirt or windbreaker daily, as well as rain gear, as needed.
Due to the structure of the camp, the maximum number of participants is 40 youths. Early registration is strongly encouraged to guarantee a spot for your child at Safety Camp. The registration form, along with the $50.00 fee, must be received by the deadline of June 30, 2022.
Please make checks payable to the "City of Bayport" and mail payment to the Bayport Police Department, 294 North 3rd Street, Bayport, MN 55003. Confirmation of your child’s registration will not be sent. You will be contacted only if your child is not registered correctly.
